After harvesting, the fresh flowers are dried, either naturally in the air or with the use of special machines, before the next stage. In addition, the flower must be picked whole, and at the best harvesting time. Preparation: it is recommended to use a glass teapot or a large transparent glass cup for this tea. Rinse the cup or teapot with hot water. Use only one piece per teapot/cup. Steep the blooming tea in hot water at 80°C for 3-6 minutes until the flower has fully opened. Storage: it is recommended to store in a cool, dry and dark place.
