Taste: caramel-colored vermouth, clear with aromas of cinchona, cloves, notes of rhubarb and cinnamon. On the palate it is full-bodied, with very persistent sweet and bitter notes. Pairings: pleasant aperitif served cold or as an ingredient for many cocktails, it is delicious at the end of a meal paired with sweets.
