
Distilled from Barbaresco, Dolcetto d'Alba and Barbera d'Alba grapes, it has a bright and transparent color. The aroma offers intense herbaceous notes with a light woody undertone. The taste is pleasantly dry, balanced and harmonious, with a persistent herbal note. This grappa comes from the pomace of the DOC and DOCG vineyards of renowned producers in Neive, Barbaresco, Trezzo, Treiso and Alba. The pomace is locally processed and blended following an ancient recipe by Serafino Levi. After a minimum aging of 3 years in Piedmontese oak barrels of about 700 liters, the master distiller and the inspector certify that the grappa has been aged in wood for the aforementioned period before bottling. The alcohol content is 45°.
