
Roero Arneis DOCG. Petali. Vinification is carried out in the traditional way, with manual harvesting of the grapes, then destemming and soft pressing, fermentation for 20-25 days in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16 °C in the absence of oxygen with selected yeasts. Aging in stainless steel with monthly bâtonnage for 6-7 months. The color is straw yellow. On the nose it is intense with peach notes. On the palate it is fresh and fruity. Recommended pairing with appetizers, fresh cheeses, chicken and fish dishes. Recommended temperature: 12-14° C.
