



Mash the banana until it becomes a puree.
Add the chufa flour and mix until you obtain a compact dough.
Form small balls with your hands.
Roll them in grated coconut, if desired.
Let rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving
Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for 4-5 days.
