
A fresh and indulgent snack, easy to prepare with a few ingredients. The recipe suggests banana ice cream bars filled with peanut butter and jam and coated with dark chocolate.


Peel the banana and make 2 ice cream bars.
Fill each ice cream bar with 10 g of peanut butter and 10 g of jam.
Melt the 85% dark chocolate.
Coat the ice cream bars with the melted chocolate.
Recover the leftover chocolate with molds, if desired.
Place in the freezer until completely set.

Store in the freezer in an airtight container.
