It was born from the encounter between Giulio Officinalis, a herb forager who for years has been experimenting in forests, pots, and stills, transforming wild plants into artisanal preparations, and TIBI, which works with fermentation to bring this botanical imagination into a gastronomic drink. A dialogue between foraging, extraction, and fermentation that takes shape in FERMENTUM. The result is a complex, botanical NoAlcohol offering, designed for pairing at the table, between dinners and aperitifs.
