Usage instructions As a seasoning: pour Well Rich Roast Stock directly onto the preparations, before or during cooking, as a total or partial substitute for salt. Ideal in the preparation of meat-based dishes such as risottos, soups, sauces, ragù, pies, and main dishes such as roasts, braises, game, meat stews, stir-fries, and meat woks, but also as a side dish in stews, fillings, marinades, vacuum cooking. If needed, add a little water. One tub is ideal for 4 servings. To prepare the base sauce, to be used for accompanying or decorating meat-based dishes, add to one tub 50-250 g of hot or cold water depending on the desired intensity of flavor and thickness and/or other liquid and other ingredients as desired. If necessary, boil until the desired consistency and taste are achieved. By increasing or decreasing the amount of water, the desired flavor intensity can be obtained. If needed, to thicken the sauce, add cornstarch or potato starch before bringing to a boil. To prepare creative hot sauces, add Well Rich Roast Stock to the other ingredients adjusting the amount of liquid and cooking time depending on the desired thickness and flavor intensity. To prepare creative cold sauces, dressings, and vinaigrettes, add Well Rich Roast Stock to liquid cream, mayonnaise, mustard, ricotta, yogurt, oil, vinegar, lemon, water, and mix until evenly incorporated.
