Blonde, spicy, fresh, with clear citrus notes and moderate bitterness. Excellent on its own or with any dish, including fish-based dishes. To make it, we drew inspiration from our Ambra, with which it shares the style and aromatics. We are happy to be able to offer it also to those who until now have not been able to enjoy our artisanal products. We set ourselves the ethical goal of offering, despite the higher production costs, a high-quality product at an unbeatable price identical to that of our Ambra. We do not want to profit from health.
