
Naturally Salame "Il Poggetto" is the Tuscan salami in our line without added preservatives: no nitrites, no nitrates. Only 100% Italian pork meat (Emilia-Romagna, Tuscany), natural flavourings, salt, pepper and garlic. A choice that leaves room for the quality of the meat and the time needed for aging, at least 1 month in our facility in Poggio a Caiano, Tuscany, with hand processing. The result is an artisanal salami without preservatives, with an intense aroma and balanced flavour, fine ground meat and visible cubes of fat in the slice. How to enjoy it: The preservative-free salami, thinly sliced, is excellent as an appetizer, on Tuscan cured meat platters, or as part of aperitifs together with bread and cheese.
