We are Michele and Tommaso. We created Pugghia with a clear goal: to bring the true flavor of our land into homes. The turnip greens are harvested at the right moment, processed within a few hours and transformed in accordance with tradition. A flavor that is memorable. Our paté is slightly bitter (as it should be), enveloping thanks to the extra virgin olive oil, balanced with the sweetness of the almonds. A velvety yet rustic cream, intense and natural. Pasta and orecchiette (ready in 10 minutes). Add 2-3 tablespoons to the pasta and finish with EVO oil. Try it with the traditional recipe for Orecchiette with Turnip Greens.
