The attention to detail is very strict; in fact, everything is done through slow artisanal processing following an ancient Sicilian recipe. The juice is obtained by separating the pulp from the arils and lightly filtered to keep the fruit's rich properties active. The Pomegranate Liqueur has a low alcohol content (17%) and can be drunk neat and chilled, used as a base for wonderful drinks, spritz and cocktails, or served poured over a baba.
