
Our olives are harvested at the right degree of ripeness, selected and kept for about 4 months in brine. Then, once they have lost their bitterness, they are ground and mixed with our oil to create an aromatic product with a pleasant taste, suitable for many uses. Excellent for bruschetta and for seasoning pasta.
