
A tasty appetizer that can be prepared in just a few minutes
Melt the butter in the microwave.
Crush the taralli and combine them with the melted butter.
Mix well and pour onto the bottom of the cups. Place in the fridge.
Mix the ricotta with the pistachio pesto.
In a non-stick pan, brown the mortadella.
Take the cups out of the fridge and pipe in the ricotta cream using a piping bag.
Decorate with the mortadella and the chopped pistachios.
