
A delicious fried rice inspired by Asian cuisine, enriched with crisp vegetables and succulent shrimp. Perfect for an exotic and tasty lunch or dinner!
In a wok, pour in the oil and sauté the finely chopped spring onion.
Add the diced carrots and zucchini and cook until they soften slightly (they should still remain a little crisp).
Pour in the eggs and, using a spatula, scramble them and mix them with the vegetables.
Add the rice (previously cooked in salted water) and continue stirring.
Pour in a small cup of soy sauce and finally add the shrimp (previously blanched).
Let it flavor for a couple of minutes and then plate with a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
