
Very tender, creamy and fragrant chicken!
Cut the chicken breast into strips.
Place the strips in a bowl, sprinkle with a little flour and mix with your hands to coat them well.
In a pan, pour in a drizzle of oil and add the strips after shaking off the excess flour.
Add the water and brown for 10 minutes. Season with salt.
Grate the orange zest and then squeeze out the juice.
Deglaze the chicken with the juice and let it flavor for 2/3 minutes.
Add the chopped parsley.
Finally plate the meat, covering it with the creamy sauce and sprinkling with the grated orange zest.
For an extra touch of flavor, use a mandarin-infused oil like I did!
