
An original and delicious baked pasta dish, topped with stracciatella and crispy speck. A perfect dish for a dinner full of flavor!
Put the water on the heat and, when it boils, salt it and add the pasta.
While the pasta is cooking, brown the speck in a pan until it becomes crispy.
Drain the pasta halfway through cooking, pour it into a bowl, season with a spoonful of oil and mix so it does not stick.
Season with the stracciatella and Parmesan (keeping some of both aside) and mix well.
Add 3/4 of the speck and combine everything.
Pour into a buttered baking dish and sprinkle the reserved stracciatella, speck and Parmesan over the surface, along with a drizzle of oil.
Bake in a preheated fan oven at 180 degrees for 10/15 minutes (check that the surface is golden but does not dry out too much).
Consume immediately, if necessary store in the refrigerator and reheat before consuming
