
A simple, gluten-free and egg-free snack, suitable for a smart low FODMAP portion. Rice cakes with a thin layer of probiotic peanut cream and kiwi slices, flavored with lemon zest and cinnamon. Recommended to reduce bloating: chew slowly and limit the amount of peanut cream.


Spread 1–2 teaspoons of peanut cream on each rice cake.
Place the kiwi slices on top of the peanut cream.
Add, if desired, a light grating of lemon zest and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Serve immediately.
