
A simple and quick lactose-free satay sauce, ideal for bowls, salads, rice, or to accompany chicken and tofu. Ready in about 2 minutes using peanut butter for a rich and creamy texture.

In a bowl combine the peanut butter.
Add the lime juice and soy sauce or tamari.
Mix in the freshly grated ginger and, if desired, a little chili or hot sauce.
Stir while adding water a little at a time until you reach the desired consistency (about 30 ml).
Taste and adjust the flavor with more lime juice or soy sauce if needed.
