Put all the ingredients into a large mug.
Mix well with a teaspoon until you get a smooth mixture and add the protein cream, previously chilled in the fridge
Microwave on full power for 2 minutes.
Let cool for a few dozen seconds, then enjoy the mug cake directly from the mug. If you want an even softer center, check the cooking and reduce the time by 10–15 seconds if needed.
