
BALANCED, HIGH-PROTEIN overnight porridge prepared in the evening and enjoyed in the morning, lactose-free and egg-free. Simple and quick, with unsweetened cocoa powder and a low-calorie strawberry jam topping.




In a jar or airtight container, combine the oat flakes, the plant-based drink and the scoop of isolated protein (do not add the jam at this stage).
Mix well until smooth.
Close the jar and put it in the refrigerator overnight (at least 6-8 hours).
In the morning, open the jar, add 1-2 teaspoons of Marmel-light strawberry and finish with fresh strawberries to taste as topping.

Recipe suitable for those who are lactose intolerant. For a thicker texture use less plant-based drink; for a softer texture increase it slightly.
