Energy balls inspired by a hazelnut and cocoa flavor like "Ferrero": rich in fiber, filling, lactose-free, and egg-free (gluten-free option if certified GF oat flakes are used). No baking, ready in just a few minutes.

In a bowl, combine the oat flakes and cocoa powder.
Add the hazelnut cream and agave syrup; mix until smooth.
If the mixture is too dry, add 1-2 tablespoons of water at a time until it reaches the right consistency to form balls.
Take portions of the dough and shape about 10 balls with your hands.
Roll the balls in the chosen coating (grated coconut or cocoa) and place them on a plate.
Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
