
A cold, crunchy snack made with lactose-free yogurt (or soy yogurt), a layer of Marmel-light, and a topping of protein granola. Easy to prepare and ideal for the freezer: break into pieces and enjoy as a snack.
Line a baking tray or sheet pan with parchment paper.
Spread the yogurt in an even layer on the parchment paper, to the desired thickness (about 0.5–1 cm).
Spoon the Marmel-light over the yogurt and use a knife or toothpick to create a swirl pattern.
Sprinkle the protein granola evenly over the surface and add any extra toppings you like.
Place the tray in the freezer for 2–3 hours, until completely firm.
Remove the tray from the freezer and break the yogurt bark into irregular pieces.
Store the pieces in an airtight container or freezer bags.
