
Single-portion apple cake with no added sugar, made with egg whites, oats, Greek yogurt and protein powder. Simple and quick, flavored with cinnamon and apple pieces to taste.


Preheat the oven to 180°C in static mode.
Blend the apple together with the egg white until you get a smooth puree.
Add the oats and Greek yogurt to the puree and mix well.
Incorporate the protein powder and baking powder, mixing until you get an even mixture.
Transfer the mixture into a single-portion mold; if desired add a few apple cubes on top and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake at 180°C in static mode for about 35 minutes, or until the cake is cooked through and golden.
Let cool for a few minutes before unmolding and serving.
