Take an apple, cut it in half and remove the core, then make thin slices.
Blanch for a minute and dry them well.
Cut the puff pastry into 5 strips lengthwise and spread jam on it.
Arrange the apple slices side by side on the top part, keeping the skin side up and slightly outside the strip.
Fold the bottom part of the puff pastry upward and roll it up, creating a rose.
Make sure to seal the edge well, pressing lightly.
Butter the muffin molds, place your little roses in them, cover them with cinnamon and powdered sugar.
Bake at 175 degrees for 40 minutes in a static oven!
And there they are, ready to enjoy! If you want, you can give them another dusting of powdered sugar!
