In a bowl combine the flour, semolina, baking powder, oregano and salt.
Mix well, then add the remaining ingredients.
Mix again, first with a spoon, then with your hands, until you obtain a compact and smooth dough.
Roll out with a rolling pin to a maximum thickness of 2/3 mm.
Cut the dough into crackers, prick them with a fork and brush with oil.
Bake at 190 degrees, static oven, for 20 minutes + 5 minutes in fan mode.
