Combine all the ingredients and knead until you create a soft dough ball.
Cover with a clean kitchen towel and let rest for about 15 min.
Then divide the dough ball into 3, roll out the dough and cook the piadine on a nonstick pan for a few minutes on each side.
Then fill as you like.
