
This cake is really soft and fluffy and is prepared using just one yogurt cup!
Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites.
In a bowl combine the egg yolks, sugar, sunflower seed oil, low-fat yogurt, all-purpose flour and cornstarch.
In a separate bowl, whisk the egg whites until stiff, then gradually fold them into the mixture prepared earlier.
Add the baking powder too.
Pour everything into an 18-20 cm cake pan previously lined with parchment paper and bake at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes. Test with a toothpick to check if it is done.
