Traditional tomato bruschetta recipe, ideal for highlighting a high-quality extra virgin olive oil. Toasted bread, ripe tomatoes and raw EVO oil come together in a simple, genuine preparation, perfect as a Mediterranean appetizer or quick snack, a symbol of Italian cuisine.

Toast the bread slices on a grill or in a very hot pan until they are golden and crisp on the outside, but still soft inside.
When the bread is still hot, lightly rub the garlic clove over the surface to gently flavour it.
Spread the diced fresh tomato, preferably very ripe and drained of excess liquid.
Add a pinch of salt, just enough to enhance the natural sweetness of the tomato.
Finish with a generous drizzle of Limera Extra Virgin Olive Oil, to be poured strictly raw before serving.
