Nutella tiramisu is a very good and delicious alternative to classic tiramisu and is much appreciated by both adults and children. It has no eggs because the cream is made by combining mascarpone with condensed milk and then whipped cream. Everything covers a layer of ladyfingers soaked in milk and coffee on which the Nutella has been spread.
In a bowl, mix the mascarpone and condensed milk.
Whip the cream with the powdered sugar and fold it into the mixture, combining it without deflating it until you get a cream.
Transfer the cream into a piping bag without a nozzle (or you can spread the cream directly with a spoon).
Pour the milk and a small cup of unsweetened coffee into a bowl.
Prepare a rectangular baking dish about 30x18 cm.
Soak the ladyfingers in the milk and coffee and arrange them in the baking dish. Make the first layer of tiramisu by adding first the slightly softened Nutella and then the cream over the ladyfingers.
Proceed with the second layer. Finish with a dusting of unsweetened cocoa powder. Transfer to the refrigerator to set for two hours.
Refrigerator
Nutella tiramisu keeps in the refrigerator for a maximum of three days. Leave it out of the fridge for a few minutes before serving. It will soften slightly and you can enjoy it at its best.
