A savory flatbread made with precooked chickpeas, very simple and quick to prepare: flour, Parmesan, and oil are combined with the chickpeas to make a crispy, flavorful snack or side dish, also perfect in the air fryer.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (or prepare the air fryer according to the instructions).
In a bowl, combine the flour, grated Parmesan, salt, and pepper (and any desired herbs or flavorings).
Gradually add the oil and water, mixing until you obtain a thick but workable batter.
Add the well-drained chickpeas and gently mix until they are evenly distributed throughout the dough.
Pour the mixture into a lightly oiled baking tray, leveling the surface with the back of a spoon or a spatula.
Bake at 180°C for about 25 minutes, or until the surface is golden and crispy. If using the air fryer, adjust time and temperature according to the model.
Remove from the oven, add a drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil, and let cool slightly before cutting into squares or slices and serving.
