Cut the nori seaweed sheets into round shapes.
Press the cooked absorption rice on top and add a tablespoon of rice vinegar.
Let the rice cool down.
Shape the seaweed sheets into tacos and arrange them close together in the air fryer to keep their shape.
Cook at 200°C for 5 minutes until crispy.
Fill the tacos with tuna, arugula and soy sauce or other ingredients of your choice such as salmon, avocado or fried shrimp.
