





Cut half of the apple into cubes and the other half into slices; roughly chop the walnuts.
Whisk the egg with the brown sugar, then add the Greek yogurt and the seed oil.
Add the flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon; fold in the diced apples and chopped walnuts.
Pour the batter into a 16 cm cake pan; decorate with the apple slices and a few walnut halves.
Cook in the air fryer at 160°C for 28-30 minutes. Check doneness with a skewer and let cool before unmolding.
