
A fit, light, and tasty dessert ideal for breakfast and a snack. Vegan and dairy-free, with no eggs. You can use your favorite granola, add dark chocolate or dried fruit, or replace the coconut butter with peanut butter, almond cream, or hazelnut cream. For a richer mixture, replace the water with a plant-based drink (almond or coconut).
In a pan, combine the rolled oats with the water.
Cook until the water has completely thickened.
Then add the coconut butter and mix everything well.
Wash the fig and cut it in half.
Place the fig at the bottom of the glass.
Pour in the porridge and finish with the granola.
