
A salad made with oil-packed mackerel fillets, red radicchio and red apples, dressed with extra virgin olive oil, apple cider vinegar, oregano and pepper. Rich in minerals and vitamins, simple and quick to prepare.
Wash the radicchio and chop it.
Wash the apple and cut it into thin slices.
Drain the mackerel fillets well and combine them in a bowl with the radicchio and apple slices.
Dress everything with extra virgin olive oil, apple cider vinegar, oregano and pepper to taste.
Mix gently and serve immediately.

You can use canned plain mackerel fillets or fresh steamed mackerel as an alternative to the oil-packed fillets. Amount of vinegar, oregano and pepper to taste.
