Wash the strawberries under running water and remove the stems.
If using homemade kefir, make sure it is well mixed before use.
Place the strawberries, kefir, and collagen powder in a blender.
Add a pinch of cinnamon and, if you want a thinner consistency, pour in a couple of tablespoons of water or an unsweetened plant-based drink.
Blend for about 30-40 seconds until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a glass or bowl and enjoy immediately. If desired, garnish with strawberry slices or a sprinkle of cinnamon.
