
Delicious calamari rings and tentacles coated in a crispy golden crust, perfect as an appetizer or main course. This recipe is easy and quick, ideal for cooking in the air fryer to make them light and crunchy without using lots of oil.










Defrost the calamari and rinse them under running water.
Wash and cut the datterino tomatoes.
Chop the parsley.
In a bowl, combine the calamari rings and tentacles, the datterino tomatoes and the drained pitted black olives.
Add the grated cheese.
Grate the lemon zest and add it together with the minced garlic clove.
Add the chopped parsley and the breadcrumbs.
Season with extra virgin olive oil and salt, and mix well with your hands.
Cook in the air fryer at 180 °C for 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.

As an alternative to the air fryer, they can be cooked in a fan oven at 180 °C for 25 minutes. Serve warm, accompanied by stick fries prepared in the air fryer.
