Roll out the pizza dough sheet and cut out rounds using a pastry cutter or a glass.
On each round place some ham and scamorza, and on other rounds tomatoes and scamorza.
Roll up and form balls.
Spray oil on the air fryer parchment paper and arrange the balls in a flower shape.
Brush the surface with a yolk mixed with a little milk.
Cook at 190° for 13 minutes.
In the refrigerator
You can also cook them in a conventional oven and fill them with mozzarella and salami or mortadella
