Wash the zucchini, cut them into rounds and cook them with a little water, salt, black pepper, and basil for about 15 minutes. Once cooked, put them in the blender and pulse a few times until you obtain a creamy and smooth texture. Bring a pot of water to a boil and when the water boils, plunge in the pasta and cook it according to the package instructions. When the pasta is ready, drain it and place it in a pan together with the lentils and the zucchini cream. Mix everything with a wooden spoon over high heat and turn off the stove. Season with a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, a tablespoon of grated Grana, and enjoy this wonderful dish!
