Wash the cherry tomatoes well, cut them into 4 parts, place them in a colander and salt them. In a bowl, put the fresh breadcrumbs, grated Grana, and black pepper, and mix everything well so that the breading is compact and homogeneous. Then coat each slice of chicken breast, after salting it, first in the egg on both sides and then in the breading you have prepared, again on both sides. Place the breaded chicken breast slices on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Place the cherry tomatoes you previously cut and salted on top of each slice. Bake in a preheated fan oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
