
Legume and grain meatballs with blueberry béchamel - a very light and healthy recipe suitable for all diets, quick to prepare and rich in flavor.
Pour the 100 g Legù mix into a bowl, add the grated carrot and a little water gradually until you obtain the right consistency. Mix well.
Shape the meatballs to the desired size and heat them in a pan with a drizzle of oil for a few minutes, turning them often.
Pour the 200 g blueberry drink into a small saucepan, add about 1 tablespoon of sifted flour, a drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil, and a pinch of coarse salt.
Let the sauce thicken, stirring constantly. It will take only a few minutes.
Let the béchamel cool in a glass by covering it with cling film in direct contact with the surface.
Serve the meatballs warm with the blueberry béchamel
