In a bowl, combine all the ingredients with a whisk for about one minute, until you obtain a smooth batter with no lumps.
Grease a pan with oil (wipe away any excess oil with paper towels).
Spoon in the batter, cover with a lid.
Cook 2/3 minutes per side over low heat.
Serve with maple syrup, hazelnut or cocoa cream, honey, jam, or fresh fruit.
