Thinly slice the potato with the help of a mandoline slicer.
Rinse the potato slices with water and dry them thoroughly with a cloth.
Overlap two potato slices one on top of the other, roll them up, and secure them with a toothpick.
Season with a drizzle of oil, salt, and the spices you prefer.
Cook them in an air fryer at 180 degrees for 14-15 minutes, turning them halfway through cooking.
Remove the toothpick and enjoy!
