Remove the central rib from the savoy cabbage leaves and blanch them for 1 minute in boiling water.
Drain the leaves and pat them dry היט?
Fill each leaf with Parmesan, buffalo mozzarella, and cooked ham, then roll up tightly.
Brush a baking dish with a little oil and sprinkle it with breadcrumbs and Parmesan.
Place the savoy cabbage rolls next to one another in the baking dish.
Drizzle the rolls with a little olive oil and sprinkle with Parmesan and breadcrumbs to taste.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes, until nicely browned.
