
A delicious savory pie with caramelized onions and tasty potatoes, perfect for a flavorful and easy dinner to prepare.












Slice the onions and sauté them in a pan over high heat with oil and salt.
When they soften, add a glass of water and the brown sugar.
Cut the potatoes into very small cubes and sauté them in a pan with two glasses of water.
If the water dries out, add another glass until they are soft.
Season the potatoes with oil, salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder, then add half of the Parmesan.
Roll out the puff pastry and prick it with a fork.
Add the caramelized onions on the base, the cheese and the potatoes.
Fold the edges of the puff pastry back over and brush them with the egg yolk.
Sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan.
Bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes.
