






In a bowl, combine half a kilo of ground chicken with the previously cooked, chopped and well-squeezed spinach to remove excess water.
Add two tablespoons of grated Parmesan and salt to taste (about one and a half teaspoons for 500 g of meat). Mix well until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Take portions of the mixture and flatten each one to form the cutlets.
Prepare the coating: dip the cutlets in beaten egg and then in breadcrumbs until evenly coated.
Cook: fry in a pan with hot oil until golden on both sides, or place on a baking tray, brush with oil and bake until crispy on the outside.
Serve hot, they are perfect for adults and children alike.
