Peel the bananas, cut them into pieces, and mash them with a fork until puréed.
In a bowl, combine the banana purée, Greek yogurt, and eggs.
Mix with an electric or hand whisk until smooth and homogeneous.
Pour the mixture into a buttered and floured baking pan or one lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 180 °C for about 30-40 minutes; check doneness with a skewer, which should come out clean.
Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve.
