Prepare the cream by mixing the Greek yogurt with the honey until smooth.
Quickly dip the biscuits in the milk and coffee mixture.
Start assembling the dessert by alternating layers of soaked biscuits and yogurt cream.
Finish with a layer of biscuits and dust with unsweetened cocoa powder.
Let it rest in the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight for best results.
Carefully remove the mold/cake ring (if used) and add another dusting of unsweetened cocoa powder before serving.
