In a bowl mix 25 g of chocolate protein pancake mix with 40 g of water until you obtain a smooth batter.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and, if necessary, lightly grease it.
Pour the batter into the pan, shaping a pancake of the desired size, and cook until bubbles appear on the surface, then flip and cook the other side (a few minutes per side).
Transfer the pancake to a plate, add yogurt and a spoonful of sour cherry jam. Finish with pieces or shavings of chocolate if desired.
Serve immediately and enjoy.
