
A collection of ideas for breakfast/sweet bowls based on Fitporn oat flakes porridge: five variations (Cannoli, Bounty, Grandmother's cake, Cheesecake, Snickers). All bases require cooking 40 g of oat flakes with 160 g of water until thickened; the variations differ in toppings and final layers.








For all variations: cook 40 g of oat flakes (flavor indicated for the variation) with 160 g of water, stirring until thickened (a few minutes).
Cannoli: pour the porridge, cover with 100 g of sweetened low-fat ricotta; complete with pistachio protein cream, crushed pistachios, and chocolate chips.
Bounty: cook the base as above; off the heat add 100 g of coconut Greek yogurt and 10 g of shredded coconut. Cover with melted dark chocolate and let rest in the fridge overnight. In the morning, complete with more shredded coconut.
Grandmother's cake: prepare the base and alternate with 150 g of vanilla protein pudding in two layers. Let rest in the fridge overnight and in the morning complete with pine nuts.
Cheesecake: cook 40 g of salted caramel oat flakes with 160 g of water until thickened. For the cream, mix 80 g of ricotta, 40 g of Greek yogurt, and sweetener. Pour the cream over the porridge and complete with raspberry jam and a crumbled cookie.
Snickers: cook 40 g of salted caramel oat flakes with 160 g of water until thickened. Alternate with 150 g of caramel protein pudding in two layers, add peanut butter on top, cover with melted chocolate, and some peanuts. Let rest in the fridge overnight.
